On June 24, 2026, Take-Two Interactive announced in a press release that pre-orders for Grand Theft Auto VI would open the following day, June 25, alongside digital and physical listings. The November 19, 2026 release for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S is now accompanied by full pricing, a pre-order pack, and a premium collectible.

The Standard Edition is priced at $79.99, while the Ultimate Edition costs $99.99 and includes exclusive premium vehicles, apparel, personalized weapons, story-threaded content, and two Vehicle Mod Shops. Those who pre-order or purchase before November 20 receive the Vintage Vice City Pack, which adds a two-tone '55 Vapid Stanier sedan, the Shore Court Garage on Ocean Beach, throwback outfits for Jason and Lucia, and a unique weapon pattern. Digital pre-orders also grant a free month of GTA+ for the existing GTA Online.

A separate $399.99 Goodtime State – Vice City Collection, themed around the in-game show "Macca the Gator," contains items like a figure, sunglasses, and a shot glass but does not include the game itself. The official soundtrack, Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album, is available to pre-save and pre-order on vinyl or CD.
