Same-Mission Swaps in GTA 6: Who Should Drive, Who Should Shoot?

Rockstar's August 27 Extended Look confirmed that players can switch between Jason and Lucia during the same mission. The showcase included an example where one character drives while the other shoots, so chases and heists can involve splitting those roles.

My take: for high-speed escapes, I'd put Lucia on the wheel and let Jason handle gunfire—she was taught to fight by her father in Liberty City, and Jason has a history of drug running. Rockstar hasn't said whether either character has distinct driving or shooting stats, so any mechanical advantage is unconfirmed.
